Wide range of uses of spray polyurethane foam insulation

Spray polyurethane foam insulation can be used in all kinds of construction, from residential buildings and industrial buildings (halls, warehouses) to agricultural structures and food processing business constructions. When we use spray insulation for gable or flat roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, we ensure exceptionally low thermal permeability, even insulation in hard to reach places, and sometimes it enhances construction’s stability.

Other example of spray insulation use is spray insulation of flooring with floor heating. Foam is sprayed on dry foundation cleaned form dust. It covers pipes and casing of heating and electrical installation.

After a short time needed for solidification, heating and flooring can be done. However, flooring must be separated from insulation by a foil.

High resistance of polyurethane foam to compressive strength guarantees stable basis with good insulating properties, even when tested with constant tension.

Other advantage is that the product is a liquid before use, so it has little volume and thus needs little space and lowers costs of transport. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t need any kind of fastening which helps to keep low cost.
